The role also includes customer support, troubleshooting software issues, configuring the Sunbird DCIM suite, assisting with testing, maintaining documentation, and conducting data center surveys. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of customer support experience in a technical environment, and knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, Excel, and basic SQL.
