Description
The Warehouse IT Support Specialist provides technical support for information technology systems and oversees warehouse-related IT tasks. Responsibilities include receiving shipments and importing inventory data, auditing warehouse equipment, installing hardware and software, maintaining device and inventory databases, delivering and retrieving equipment, repairing devices, and performing hardware and software updates. The role reports to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive and requires an associate degree in information technology or a related field; no prior experience is required, while networking, hardware and software troubleshooting, warehouse management systems, and barcode scanner familiarity are preferred.
