Description
Weyerhaeuser is hiring an IT/OT Support Technician for its Santiam, Oregon wood products manufacturing facility. The role supports desktops, laptops, servers, printers, switches, wireless access points, Internet circuits, VoIP, CCTV, security, access control, and other ancillary IT/OT systems through help-desk support, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, asset tracking, and server maintenance. The position requires an associate’s degree in information technology or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of technical administration experience, and participation in an after-hours/on-call rotation. Compensation is targeted at $82,500-$123,800 annually, with an annual incentive program and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
