PBS Systems is hiring one Technical Support Analyst - Intern for a three-month contract in Calgary, Alberta. The role supports the Install Services Team by handling client issues through phone, email, and live chat; logging and escalating tickets; troubleshooting software and infrastructure; documenting incidents; training customers; performing implementations; and improving service processes. The position requires a high school diploma, relevant certification or post-secondary education in progress, customer service or dealership experience, Windows and networking knowledge, and strong communication and documentation skills. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour.
