Description
Mavenir is seeking a Packet Core Support Engineer to own end-to-end customer issues in live 4G/5G packet core networks. The role involves troubleshooting call flows, signaling, data sessions, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT services; collaborating with R&D, system test, and engineering teams; engaging customers; and providing on-site or remote support with travel as required. Candidates need strong knowledge of packet core architecture, LTE and 5G core concepts, cloud-based EPC/5GC deployments, virtualization, Linux, and protocol analysis.
