Compelson is hiring a Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer to support global clients through international conferences, sales meetings, product demonstrations, and high-level technical support for complex mobile forensic challenges. The role also involves translating client feedback into product features, creating technical documentation, and traveling to Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Candidates need strong Windows and driver-management knowledge, fluent English, and a willingness to travel; experience with Android rooting, iOS jailbreaking, bootloader unlocking, mobile technologies, or digital investigation tools is advantageous, as is a background in technical support, pre-sales, or testing.
