Description
Relativity is hiring a remote/hybrid Application Analyst to create, resolve, and maintain support tickets; provide client support by phone and email; troubleshoot product, SQL, network, and server issues; and escalate incidents as needed. The role requires customer support, SQL, Windows, and technical troubleshooting experience, with an 8-hour flexible shift within the 6am–12am CEST window and 10% travel. Compensation is 82,000–122,000 PLN, with health, dental, vision, parental leave, flexible work, and other benefits.
