MassBay is seeking an unpaid IT Support Intern for current students to join the End User Services team. The role provides technical hardware and software support for client computers, resolves help desk tickets, maintains and installs applications, supports audiovisual services, performs routine maintenance, and orients students. The internship may allow Computer Science majors to satisfy CS 280, and the intern will also support MassBay’s equity and diversity initiatives.
