Zones LLC is hiring a Technical Support Associate (Service Desk) for a six-month contract-to-hire in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role provides frontline hardware, software, and network support through phone, email, and ticketing systems; troubleshoots and resolves customer issues; processes parts returns; monitors data center infrastructure; and collaborates with internal teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or associate’s degree, at least one year of complex X86 systems experience, customer support experience, enterprise server hardware experience, and a valid driver’s license and reliable automobile. Pay is $32.00–$35.00, with medical coverage and other benefits included.
