Mullvad VPN is hiring a full-time, on-site Support Team member in Gothenburg, Sweden, to provide fast and professional user support. The role involves answering user questions by email, troubleshooting Linux, Windows, macOS, routers, Android, and iOS systems, testing services and apps, and updating guides and FAQs. Candidates need at least five years of Linux experience, four years of Windows and/or macOS experience, strong internet and networking knowledge, fluency in Swedish and English, and residence in Gothenburg.
