sa.global in Colombia is hiring a Support Architect to maintain the HomebuilderONE system for existing customers. The role triages technical issues in live D365 Finance and Operations environments, collaborates with customer service and product teams, maintains environment topologies, mentors support resources, and coordinates with Microsoft and third-party ISVs. The position requires D365 F&O troubleshooting, SQL and diagnostic-tool expertise, Azure DevOps and lifecycle-management experience, and strong communication skills; a business-related bachelor's degree and Microsoft MB-300 and MB-500 certifications are preferred.
