Extreme Networks is hiring a full-time Premier Resident Engineer (PRE) in Japan to serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor for customer networking implementations. The role covers design, deployment, troubleshooting, L2/3 switch and SD-WAN issue resolution, lab replication, customer training, vulnerability and bug reports, and coordination with sales, engineering, GTAC, and partners. Candidates need fluent Japanese, strong networking expertise, at least five years of relevant experience, and knowledge of Extreme product suites; a related degree and network certifications are preferred.
