Futurex is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its 3rd shift from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Central Time. The hybrid role is based at the company’s Engineering Campus in Bulverde, Texas, and combines technical support, troubleshooting of hardware, software, and firmware, customer training, IT environment development, project management, documentation, and support for cryptographic security solutions. The position requires 3–5 years of related IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related technical or business field, broad IT knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
