Amazon Robotics is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide 24x7 mission-critical support for robotic fulfillment systems. The role involves complex diagnostics, customer issue resolution, high-severity incident response, cross-functional coordination, technical documentation, knowledge-base development, and automated workflow optimization. The position requires a relevant engineering or computer science degree, strong analytical and communication skills, Linux/Unix and AWS experience, database and SQL knowledge, automation or monitoring experience, and scripting or programming experience, along with at least four years of technical experience. The shift is Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with base salaries of 90,400 to 158,200 USD annually in Reading and Westboro, Massachusetts.
