Description
The role commissions refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment such as VRF and chillers, resolves installation problems, provides telephone technical support to installers, supports SATs with equipment repair and maintenance, coordinates SAT and Call Center activities, trains SATs, and communicates product-quality issues to the factory. The position requires a qualified refrigeration technician with a RITE license and fluorinated-gas handling certificate, experience installing and maintaining equipment, control and communication-system experience, willingness to travel, intermediate English, and a driver’s license. The start date is immediate, with the objective of joining HITACHI permanently after a successful probationary period.
