Description
Solstice Advanced Materials is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for refrigerant applications in chiller systems, including centrifugal and positive-displacement configurations. The role handles inquiries from end users, OEMs, contractors, and environmental entities; supports sales, marketing, and R&D; assists with field support, customer calls, retrofits, trials, site surveys, technical literature, product introductions, quality complaints, trade shows, and cylinder fleet documentation. The position reports to the Global Technical Services Director and is based in Buffalo, New York or Morris Plains, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule.
