Debugging why new hires aren’t syncing correctly from a customer’s ATS (via Kombo)
Helping a customer engineer resolve an OAuth 2.0 connection flow issue.
Spotting a commonly misunderstood API parameter and collaborating with Engineering to improve docs or design.
Building dashboards or alerts to proactively monitor integration health.
Implement smaller new features across the codebase based on your findings

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Solid technical background in Software Engineering, Support Engineering, or Solutions Engineering, with a focus on debugging APIs and integrations.
Ability to navigate and understand unfamiliar codebases, tracing data flows and logic to identify root causes.
Experience writing and deploying production code, ideally in TypeScript/JavaScript, though proficiency in other modern languages like Go or Python is acceptable.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-engineers.
Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to assist others in resolving problems.
