LocalStack is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their global team. The role involves providing reliable Level 2 support for clients, investigating and resolving complex customer issues, and extending support to other Americas-based customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API design, debugging distributed systems, and cloud architecture, along with proficiency in Python, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Pulumi, Kubernetes, Helm, Linux/macOS/Windows, Git/GitHub, and excellent communication skills.
