Truelogic is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, infrastructure, and cloud-based environments. The role supports AWS and/or Azure environments, investigates incidents and service requests, collaborates with technology teams, documents solutions, and helps improve system reliability. It is a 100% remote position for candidates based in Latin America, with professional senior experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration, cloud support, or a related technical role.
