Description
Microsoft is hiring an Azure DevOps Technical Support Engineer IC4 to provide end-to-end technical support and advisory services for Azure DevOps Services, Azure DevOps Server, GitHub integrations, Microsoft Entra ID integrations, and related developer productivity solutions. The role diagnoses complex issues, manages customer cases, collaborates with engineering and support teams, escalates incidents, and contributes to knowledge and service readiness. Candidates need multi-year hands-on experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology, strong troubleshooting and case-management skills, and working knowledge of Azure DevOps; web application, software development, architecture, testing, and CI/CD experience are preferred. The position is open for at least five days with ongoing applications until filled, with base pay of €43,300–€74,300 per year in Portugal and lei 199,400–lei 347,800 per year in Romania.
