GadellNet is hiring a full-time Branch Engineer for an onsite role in downtown Indianapolis. The position provides primary onsite technical support for client sites, resolves desktop, network, server, Office 365, and application issues, coordinates with dispatchers, maintains documentation, and participates in an on-call rotation. The role also supports network infrastructure rollouts, server migrations, office moves, and after-hours critical outages, with occasional out-of-state or overnight travel. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000, and the employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.
