Microsoft is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer technical issues for specialized Azure infrastructure workloads, including Azure VMware Solution and Azure NetApp Files. The role involves customer advisory, readiness and mentoring, product defect investigation, and development of diagnostic automation.
