Medius is hiring a Technical Support Consultant – ERP Integration to troubleshoot and support integrations between its application and customer ERPs, including SAP, D365FO, D365BC, and NetSuite. The role works with R&D, first-line support, and consulting teams to resolve escalated technical issues, document resolutions, and improve processes. It is a hybrid position based in Kraków, Poland, requiring proficiency in Polish and English, general technology knowledge, and experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
