Description
The Engineer will begin with a 90-day onboarding and training period in the Tampa office on a hybrid schedule, then transition to a fully remote evening shift supporting customers. The role focuses on L2 production support, deployment activities, after-hours customer support, and guiding customers through enterprise care management software implementations, including technical requirements, solution architecture, data interfaces, issue resolution, deployment planning, and stakeholder management. It requires 3–5 years of technical consulting, business analysis, or project management experience in a healthcare environment, along with SQL, ETL, XML, web services, security, and enterprise application integration knowledge.
