Description
BYD Energy Storage is hiring a full-time Energy Storage Technical Support Engineer in Hungary. The role maintains energy storage systems through annual PPM checks, capacity tests, and reactive work; provides phone support and remote diagnostics; troubleshoots equipment at customer sites; performs start-up and commissioning services; assists with product development and project work; and prepares customer training. Candidates need at least three years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, preferably with energy storage experience, an associate degree or higher in a relevant engineering field, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
