Vast.ai is hiring a full-time, onsite Technical Support Engineer in Westwood, Los Angeles, to handle escalated infrastructure issues across hardware, BIOS, firmware, networking, Ubuntu, Docker, NVIDIA CUDA/GPU, and virtualization. The role owns end-to-end escalation resolution, develops runbooks and diagnostic tooling in Python and Bash, collaborates with engineering and infrastructure teams, and provides L1 overflow coverage.
