The role focuses on gas-system issues, BMS alarm management, remote troubleshooting, advanced fault-finding, maintenance-team guidance, risk escalation, and technical review of subcontractor quotations. Candidates need relevant gas, mechanical, or electrical engineering qualifications or experience, HVAC and building-services knowledge, diagnostic and analytical skills, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
