Everfox is hiring a hybrid Technical Support Engineer in Salt Lake City for a swing shift from 4 PM to 12 AM Mountain Time. The role supports Everfox customers through technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, product feedback, release testing, documentation, and participation in a 24×7 remote support rota. Candidates should have strong Linux and RHEL skills, familiarity with databases, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, networking, scripting, and Windows and macOS environments. The position offers a base salary of $72,900–$95,700 USD, along with a bonus plan, flexible PTO, a 401(k) match, and healthcare coverage contributions.
