Genetec Australia PTY Ltd is hiring a Technical Support Engineer Team Leader based in Sydney to lead a team of three to four Support Engineers and provide post-sales technical support, complex troubleshooting, escalations, customer liaison, training, documentation, and field engineering services. The role requires a diploma or degree in a relevant technical field, 3–5 years of related experience, strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, networking and security-system knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 35%. The salary is AUD 90,000–100,000 excluding superannuation, and applications were accepted from August 19, 2026 through September 17, 2026.
