BYD Europe is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its After Sales team to provide regional technical support to service providers and customers, primarily in the Ukraine market. The role includes remote diagnostics, onsite support, regional partner meetings, onsite technical training, fault reporting, technical documentation, and special-event support. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or above in engineering, more than five years of relevant experience, fluency in the local language, English, and Chinese Mandarin, strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, and willingness to travel frequently within Europe and to China.
