Description
Provides technical support for FDA-approved software and wireless medical devices deployed in customer-controlled networks, while also supporting internal infrastructure for global Research and Development and Service Center teams. The role focuses on enterprise wireless networking, Cisco network equipment, authentication, firewalls and VPNs, virtualization, Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, SQL Server, certificate management, packet analysis, and detailed technical documentation.
