Description
Verkada is hiring a Technical Support Engineering Intern for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week in-person internship during Summer 2027 at its San Mateo headquarters. The intern will troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues on Verkada’s cloud-managed IoT platform, advise enterprise customers on system design and integration, communicate technical solutions through phone, chat, and email, partner with Engineering and Product teams, and contribute to knowledge-base content. Applicants should be third- or fourth-year students in a related technical field with coursework in computer networking, Linux, and computer systems. The role offers an estimated $30–$33 USD hourly base pay, a housing stipend for relocating interns, and visa sponsorship.
