Description
Synopsys is hiring a Technical Support Engineer, Optics & Photonics to provide remote technical support to customers and channel partners using the Ansys Optics and Photonics product family. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting optical simulation workflows, using AI-enabled support platforms, filing product defects, validating fixes, documenting solutions, and participating in field testing. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or physics field, strong photonics and simulation knowledge, and experience with commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM platforms; a master's degree is preferred. The position is not eligible for remote work and is based in Chalandri, Greece.
