Synopsys is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide customer-facing technical support for Ansys electronics simulation tools, including AEDT, HFSS, HFSS 3D Layout, SIwave, Q3D, and AEDT Circuit. The role troubleshoots signal integrity, power integrity, crosstalk, impedance, and eye-diagram issues; documents defects and release readiness issues; evaluates new software; and shares customer feedback with product and field teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or physics field, hands-on experience with Ansys or comparable simulation tools, and knowledge of high-frequency electromagnetics and related design workflows. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of $76,000 to $114,000 and eligibility for bonus, equity, and other discretionary benefits.
