The role supports Samsung customers by helping them use technology products, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, and providing user enablement. Candidates must be trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, have experience troubleshooting electronic devices, understand Android and iOS, and demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
