Kidde Global Solutions is hiring a Technical Support Liaison for its EMS wireless fire detection and alarm products team at the Herne Bay office. The role provides telephone and email technical support, creates and tests product validation documents, trains customers and internal staff, and occasionally conducts site visits and fire warden duties. It requires at least three years of relevant fire and security industry experience, knowledge of industry codes, computer and English skills, a full driving license, and strong communication and organizational abilities. The position is full-time and pays an annual base salary of £27,000–£30,000.
