Crawford, Virginia, to lead customer-facing technical support operations, provide direct support for PMI products and field applications, coordinate with Engineering and Software Development, analyze recurring issues, maintain technical documentation, and improve support processes. The role requires strong PC troubleshooting, networking, communication, and customer support skills; technical writing, a technical college degree, and electrical or utility experience are preferred.
