Universal Processing is hiring a fully onsite Technical Support (POS Systems) specialist in its Flushing, New York office. The role prepares and configures POS software and hardware, onboards and trains users, troubleshoots systems remotely, analyzes issues, supports sales and operations, gathers user feedback, and assists with inventory. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, be fluent in Chinese-Mandarin, have a technical background, and have 1–2 years of technical support experience; POS experience is preferred. The position offers a $55,000–$60,000 annual salary, medical, vision, and dental coverage, paid time off, a 401(k), and a mandatory probation period.
