Micro Center is hiring full-time Technical Support Representatives for its corporate office in Hilliard, Ohio. The role manages inbound customer contacts through phone, chat, text, and email; troubleshoots consumer electronic devices; identifies customer needs; documents interactions; and recommends upgrades, accessories, and additional services. Candidates need a high school diploma, strong communication and problem-solving skills, typing proficiency, and multitasking ability; one year of customer service or related experience is preferred. The schedule is 9:00 a.m. to midnight with weekend availability, and the starting pay is $19.00 per hour.
