TEKsystems is hiring a fully onsite Technical Support Representative in Round Rock, Texas, for a Monday-Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule. The role involves opening and dispatching service work orders, coordinating with subcontractors and customers, maintaining accurate records, handling phone calls, closing completed service calls, updating customer portals, and managing SLA dashboards.
