Description
Jack Henry is hiring a Technical Support Representative to monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise batch processing workloads in an IBM z/OS environment. The role manages IBM Workload Scheduler schedules, JCL, batch abends, file transmissions, production releases, incident documentation, and operational improvements. It requires four years of IBM z/OS experience and hands-on mainframe support skills; COBOL, DB2, SDLC, utilities, and on-call experience are preferred. The position may be worked remotely within the United States, except California, and is ineligible for immigration sponsorship.
