Synthesis Health is hiring a fully remote Technical Support Specialist, ideally based in or near Huntington, West Virginia, to diagnose and resolve escalated backend and technical issues across healthcare imaging platforms and related Core, Vision, reporting, observability, Gateway, DevOps, eUnity, incident-response, and release-support functions. The role requires SQL and Google Cloud Platform proficiency, HL7 and DICOM knowledge, technical root-cause analysis, ticketing and support-tool expertise, cross-functional escalation, documentation, mentoring, and overnight/weekend on-call rotations within a standard 40-hour work week. Compensation for American applicants is $25–$35 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
