Kidde Global Solutions is hiring a remote Technical Support Specialist based in Lagos, Nigeria, covering Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, and Uganda. The role provides technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, configuration, product guidance, training, and post-sales partner and customer support for Kidde Commercial and GST fire detection systems. Candidates need an electrical/electronic engineering degree or diploma, at least three years of fire detection or fire alarm industry experience, technical support, commissioning or system engineering experience, product expertise, Microsoft Office competency, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally.
