The EL Sales Support Manager - Configuration provides technical solutions and prepares offer and bidding proposals for customer enquiries. The role supports project technical promotion, final contract negotiations, technical agreements, training on product knowledge and sales arguments, and technical specifications for key projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in an electrical or related engineering field, at least three years of related experience, electrical diagram design ability, strong communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD.
