This role involves providing technical support for digital signage solutions and assisting the sales team with pre-sales consulting and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in technical B2B support, pre-sales, or as a Sales Engineer within a SaaS environment, possess a deep technical understanding of networks, operating systems, and preferably A/V systems, and be proficient in modern support or CRM systems.
