TEKsystems' client is hiring a contract IT Technician for a fully onsite role in Seneca Falls, New York. The position provides Tier 1–2 help desk support for Windows 10/11, troubleshoots operating-system and hardware/software issues, manages Active Directory accounts and group policies, supports Microsoft Office applications, documents tickets, and escalates complex issues. Candidates need 2–3 years of Windows and Active Directory experience, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. The contract pays $20.00–$23.00 per hour and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
