Windtastic is hiring a Technical Support Specialist / Engineer for electrical components with a focus on converter technology at the Ostenfeld location near Husum. The role supports service technicians, customers, and contractual partners by analyzing and eliminating converter faults, providing telephone-based technical support, creating work instructions and maintenance documentation, reviewing work orders, monitoring wind turbine system performance, and supporting repair and retrofit offers. Candidates need vocational training or a degree in electrical, mechatronics, or engineering, several years of experience with wind turbine converters, German and English language skills, a Category B driver’s license, and certification for working at heights. The position offers 38.5 hours per week, paid vacation, a health budget, retirement coverage, and a Flex-Office option.
