OMS E-Mobility is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for Charging Infrastructure in Garbsen. The role analyzes faults in wallboxes and charging stations, configures charging points and backend systems, verifies communication between charging infrastructure and networks, supports service technicians and B2B customers, documents error patterns, and collaborates with Service and Project Management teams. Candidates need electrical engineering training, strong IT skills, basic network knowledge, and ideally experience with charging infrastructure or e-mobility.
