Flexoptix GmbH is hiring a Transceiver and Fiber Support Specialist to handle customer support requests, perform compatibility tests of optical modules with customer or colleague devices, document findings in ticketing systems and a knowledge base, and learn optical transmission technology through on-the-job training and mentoring. The role requires an IT or electrical engineering qualification or comparable practical experience, basic networking knowledge, strong German and English communication skills, and an interest in technical troubleshooting. The position offers hybrid or on-site work, with three days per week on the company campus.
