Quantum Systems is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to investigate complex technical incidents, analyze telemetry, logs, and system behavior, test hypotheses, and resolve issues with R&D and support teams. The role is based in the Kyiv region with an office presence of 3–4 days per week, requires prior technical analysis or troubleshooting experience, English B1+ or higher, and fluent Ukrainian; UAV, drone, robotics, or embedded-systems experience is preferred but not required.
